Ms Ronda Nychka is an exceptionally gifted and internationally acclaimed dance artist of classical, neo-classical and contemporary ballets. Ronda’s commitment to the art of dance and the encouragement and support of emerging dancers and choreographers is without question.

Ronda received her formative ballet training from the National Ballet School of Canada under the direction of Betty Oliphant. After graduating from NBS she joined the National Ballet of Canada under the direction of Erik Bruhn where she became a soloist artist. Ronda was invited by Gert Reinholm to join the Staatsballett Berlin. It is there that she first worked with Maurice Bejart – who invited Ronda to join Bejart Ballet Lausanne as a principal dancer. Ronda has received critical acclaim throughout the world as she graced the stages of the most prestigious theatres worldwide.
Ronda has worked directly with Rudolf Nureyev, Erik Bruhn, Natalia Makarova, Sylvie Guillem, Hans Van Manen, Rudi Van Danzig, Jiri Kylián, William Forsythe, Helgi Tomasson, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Lynn Seymour, Marcia Haydee, Reid Anderson, Richard Cragun, John Meehan, Colleen Neary, Alonzo King, Peter Martins, Veronica Tennant, David Nixon and Karen Kain.
